Welcome to VPK, the home of the Mini Manatees. 

Drop off is between 8:00 and 8:15. The cafeteria opens at 7:15 if your child needs to be dropped off earlier. Our class starts promptly at 8:15 so please be mindful about dropping off on time. 

Pick up is at 11:15 unless if the your child is staying for extended day.  Wednesday is early release at 1:00 for extended children. 

The first few weeks we work on procedures and expectations in our classroom. We will discuss-

•  What names that we need to know at school?
• What should we do if we feel scared or sad at school?
• What are our rules?
• When do things happen at school?
• Who works at our school?
• How can we make and keep friends?
• How can we be part of a group?

Our mini study will be

• What sounds do we hear at school?
• Where do they come from?

Send in a water bottle every day for your child and put their name on all of their items.

We follow the school wide dress code. Shirts and dresses need to have sleeves no tank tops. Sneaker should be worn every day. No flip flops, crocs or shoes that can come off easily.
